We provide unlimited onshore support as part of our rental agreement with customers. From familiarisation to ongoing support, we are here for our users as and when required.
Yes — the RigWare™ system is designed to work offline with no limitations. Once the system connects to a Wi-Fi point, the system will synchronise to the portal immediately, ensuring a smooth transfer of data.
