Building on its DROPS inspection capabilities for crews, InteCheck also supports pre-use and maintenance checklists, allowing users to move any paper-based form into a fully digital workflow.
The software makes it simple to configure, complete and track checks such as crane inspections, drilling equipment inspections, safety walkaround/plant tours or equipment service logs through one connected system.
Each checklist is flexible. Users can set up yes/no, pass/fail, or numerical range inputs to match operational requirements. For example, users can enter maximum and minimum values, with automatic validation if entries fall outside the approved range which is particularly useful for crane pre-use inspections and engine walk around tours.
