Once a task/job has been completed, the system will send an automated email to the supervisor to inform them that the report is ready for review. The supervisor can then approve or reject the report. The high-level report will also be available for download.
Yes, there is an option for an API connection to be put in place for integrating into the ERP system, which can also be linked to work orders.
